The Graston Technique is an instrument-assisted, soft tissue mobilization therapy that helps break up fascial restrictions and scar tissue adhesions. Graston is used to help faster recovery from chronic injuries by decreasing adhesions which allows for increased range of motion and movement in the area. It can be applied to any area of the body that has been affected by the injury. Or repetitive use that has caused a build-up of scar tissue, which can decrease a persona's ability to function at full capacity or perform at 100%.
